In the ensuite, COSMIC CHALK was paired with SUBWAY CALACATTA HONED 305x75x10mm on the feature wall layed vertically straighted stacked. .

The honed marble subway tile introduces subtle veining and texture, adding depth without overwhelming the neutral palette. This pairing of porcelain and natural stone elevates the space while remaining timeless and resale-friendly.

Main Bathroom: Vertical 3D Statement

The main bathroom feature wall showcases COSMIC CHALK DECO 3D LINE, laid vertically to enhance ceiling height and add architectural texture.

Maintaining COSMIC CHALK MATT 600×600 on the floors and surrounding walls keeps the space cohesive, while the vertical 3D tile introduces subtle movement and shadow play. aesthetic.

Main Bathroom: Vertical 3D Statement

Because the downstairs powder room was compact, the design strategy shifted to highlighting the floor.

The PARQUET CARRARA + THASSOS natural stone mosaic was selected to bring character into the space. The blend of Carrara and Thassos marble in a classic parquet layout subtly ties back to the heritage nature of the Glebe terrace.

Behind the vanity, the feature wall uses CONCAVE CARRARA HONED 30x300x12mm, introducing curvature and softness to contrast the geometric parquet floor.

Layering natural stone textures in smaller spaces is an effective way to create impact without overcrowding the design.

Exterior Entrance: Toros Black Marble

The home’s first impression begins at the front porch.

TOROS BLACK 406x610mm was used in both the 30mm paver format and the 12mm tile format. The sandblasted finish provides non-slip performance, while the charcoal tone with delicate white veining adds a strong architectural presence.

Backyard Patio: Travertine Look Without the Maintenance

For the rear outdoor entertaining zone, Carl selected PRECIOUS IVORY GRIP 600x600mm.

This porcelain tile replicates the warmth and movement of natural travertine, without the need for sealing or ongoing maintenance. The grip P5 finish makes it ideal for exterior applications where slip resistance is essential.
